Award Winner

We were proud to be part of this build, by InHaus Homes, which scooped several awards at the 2019 Registered Master Builder House of the Year Awards, including the National New Home $600,000 - $750,000 award.

This two-bay opening roof was attached to the home on one side with 3 supporting posts on the opposite side.  The frame and posts were Matt Flax Pod, and the louvres and gutters were Matt Appliance White.  We often recommend keeping the louvres white to keep the space under the roof light and bright.  Also having the gutters white can also help with the illusion of flow between the inside ceiling, and your outdoor space. ​
